Regardless of the situation in the state where you live, the places we sail have very different laws regarding drugs. Worse yet, we can be boarded both by the local coast guard and customs officials. If they find anything illegal at all, we are not only subject to criminal prosecution, but the boat could be confiscated. Therefore, we must have a zero tolerance policy towards all recreational drugs. Please be aware and be very careful.
